Change of guaranteed size
¡Do not panic, you have up to 20 days to change your mind!
If you have not succeeded with the size, you can change it in a simple and fast way. We explain how:
Send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org And you will receive an email that confirms the change of size and indicates the shipping costs that you must pay, you must also present a photo of the article duly packaged in its original packaging and with all its labels.

If the size you want is not available, you can try another model. In this case, if the new model costs more than what you want to return, you will also have to pay the price difference. If it costs less, Xula will give you the difference.

We only accept Size changes of unused products and that are in perfect condition, in their original wrapping, with all labels. And properly packed to prevent the product from spoiling if it travels from the Balearic Islands or from abroad.
The cost of sending the change of the size of non -defective items is carried out by the client.
The cost of sending the defective items or that correspond to a shipping error by Xula, will be in charge of Xula, however photos must be presented that show the poor state of the product to accept the return
What articles can I return?
You can request the reimbursement of all menstrual products acquired at xula.es for a period of 20 days from your purchase (from the date indicated on the invoice). These conditions are only valid for unused or washed articles that are returned in Its original packaging.
IMPORTANT:If you return an article, make sure you go with the packaging in perfect condition. Therefore, remember to keep it until you are sure that you are going to stay with the article.
How do I return an article?

Who pays return expenses?
Return expenses are in charge of the client and cannot be reimbursed.
When will I receive the refund?
